Upon completing your purchase, an email containing a download link for your digital file will be dispatched automatically to the email address specified during checkout.
You can simply click the 'Access Template' to receive a PDF file from us. Should you not find it in your inbox shortly after your order is confirmed, please inspect your spam folder or the Social or Promotions tabs if you're utilizing Gmail.
Encountering issues with the download link? Attempting the process with an alternate browser might help. For instance, if challenges arise on Google Chrome, switching to Microsoft Edge or Opear could resolve the issue.
It's important to note that most mobile and tablet devices are not equipped for direct downloading via a link. We recommend using a laptop or desktop computer to access and download your file.
Afterwards, you can transfer the file to your mobile or tablet device via email, Dropbox, or your preferred file transfer method.
When initiating the download, you'll have the opportunity to choose the storage location on your computer, though it will default to the "Downloads" folder.
